  • All artwork will be in sketch illustrations. Color is optional, however it will be an additional $5-10 depending on detail.

  • Adding an additional character to the canvas will be the same as the initial base price

📽️COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
￫ There are no commercial fees as long as you credit me with my twitter handle, "@eckxtasy"
￫ ✅ Icons, Thumbnails, Banners, Posts used for streaming, or any other content purposes
￫ If the commission work is used for selling merchandise, there is an additional $15 to the total payment of the work.

📋GENERAL

  • The Client must provide at least 2 references of the character that they want to request for the artist. Waist and Full Body references are tremendously helpful!

  • You may also send me pose references!

  • I have the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • The Client can decide when to pay; before sketch or after sketch. However, the payment must NEVER be after the final result is sent. I will wait and remind the Client if the payment hasn't been finalized.

  • There will be no refunds allowed after the Draft is sent.

  • There are unlimited revisions, meaning you can make as many revisions as you'd like, however please be respectful about it. Otherwise, you will be blacklisted and blocked from commissioning me again.

  • Under ANY circumstances, Clients are strictly prohibited to use any part of the commissioned work for non-fungible tokens(NFTs), blockchain, cryptocurrency platforms, or AI Training, let alone be put into AI generators. Such usage may result in legal action.

  • Communications will generally be done through Twitter, so please be sure to check your notifications frequently! Scroll down to the end of my Terms Of Service for my contacts or check the icons on my profile.

  • Updates are given when the Artist is able to! Feel free to ask for updates especially if it is a rushed commission. Otherwise, please understand and have patience towards the Artist.

￫ Work completion will take at least 5 days to 2 weeks depending on the amount of commissions and college classes

⚠️ RUSHED COMMISSION
￫ The Fastest Working Pace that I can do is within 2 days completion!! 4 days Maximum!! With the same quality of artwork for any kind of commission, this is simply working my normal pace without breaks including when I am at school.
￫ There are RUSH FEES!! Please contact me first about how much the rush fee is.
￫ If you want a specific deadline, especially if it is a short deadline, you are required to be Responsive. Be alert of your notifications if the communication is through Discord.
